Public Record Requests

All media requests for records should be directed to the agency PIO Major Andy Shedd at (706) 541-4050.

All citizen requests for Public Records Information are processed under the direction of Major Andy Shedd. You can submit your requests through our Open Records Portal below:

Any requests for Motor Vehicle accident reports/information should include a ‘Statement of Need’.  The completed statement can be uploaded into the Open Records Portal with your request.
