Public Record Requests

Requests for Public Records Information (Open Records) are processed under the direction of Major Steve Morris during the business hours of 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.  For more information, please call 706-541-1042.

In order to simplify the process, the following forms can be used to submit your request to [email protected]
