Summer Harris is the agency’s Human Resources Specialist. She is the contact person for all human resources related issues. Summer conducts orientation for all new employees and is also responsible for creating and maintaining the agency's organizational chart and employee files. She is the point of contact for all employees regarding payroll, insurance, and benefits enrollment. The human resources functions are critical to the operation of the agency.
