Occupational Tax and Business License
A $3 processing fee will be applied to the transaction. If you pay for multiple accounts, add each bill to your shopping cart until you are ready to check out.
You will need your account and bill number. Existing businesses can locate the numbers on the top right corner of the renewal application mailed to you. New businesses can locate the numbers in the approval notice emailed to you. A duplicate may be requested by emailing the Licensing Department.

Login to Citizen Self Service and select Licensing from the menu on the right if using a desktop computer or from the Expand Menu at the top if using a mobile device. Enter the account number and bill number as shown on the top right corner of the renewal application or in the approval email for a new business. If you pay for multiple accounts, add the bill to your shopping cart and then return to the Licensing page and repeat the process until all bills are in the shopping cart.
Citizen Self Service Registration
From the Login website, click registration and follow the instructions to create a new account. When the registration is complete, a confirmation screen will display with a link to login to the site. The link does not work. You must login using the Citizen Self-Service website.
Your CSS account may be linked to your business license and occupational tax account by sending an email with your account number and business legal name to Licensing Department. Your accounts do not have to be linked to pay or receive your renewed license.
